If your item arrives damaged due to transportation, you are eligible for a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must report the damage to us within 24 Hours of receiving the item.
Please provide photographic evidence of the damage, including the condition of the packaging, to assist in the evaluation process.
Once we confirm the transportation damage, we will replace the damaged item within 2 weeks. If the item is out of stock, It will take additional 2 Weeks.
